Story of this Build
This used to be our family car. Since it's already six years old, we originally planned to sell it because we expected maintenance costs to become more frequent and expensive.
But destiny had other plans.
We listed it on Facebook Marketplace, but the number of lowball offers was unbelievable. Instead of letting it go for far less than what we believed it was worth, we decided to keep it.
That decision turned into a passion project.
I started modifying it and brought the entire underchassis suspension back to brand-new OEM condition. I also installed Magic Collar stiff rings, a Profender Queen Series suspension, an ICOOH big brake kit (front and rear), and Fuel Off-Road wheels. The entire interior was reupholstered with authentic leather, all of the lighting was upgraded to LED, and the engine was tuned.
The project is still ongoing, and there are a few areas that still need attention. But overall, I'm very satisfied with how far it's come. What was once just our family car has become something I truly enjoy building and driving.
